  1. Cumulus RT Adapter
  2.  
  3. This is a scanner driver module for RagTime 3.1|7 or later.
  4. This adapter is used to import an image file into a RagTime document using a Cumulus database.

  6. Installation
  7. 1. Copy the file "Cumulus RT Adapter" into the folder that contains your RagTime application.
  8. 2. Start RagTime.
  9. 3. If the adapter is installed correctly you will see a menu item called "Cumulus…" in the "Scan" submenu of the "Images" menu.

  11. Using the adapter
  12. 1. Click into an image frame of a RagTime document. The menu "Images" is shown in the menu bar.
  13. 2. Select "Cumulus…" from the "Scan" submenu.
  14. 3. The adapter first looks for a running version of Cumulus or Cumulus•Client. If none of them is running it searches all mounted volumnes for Cumulus or Cumulus•Client and lauches the first found.
  15. 4. Cumulus or Cumulus•Client is brought to front and shows the following window:

  24. 5. Open a database, select a record and click the OK button.
  25. 6. The corresponding image file will be imported into the selected image frame in the RagTime document.
